decent hotel
Nice new hotel in a decent area of town. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is good (costs extras though). However surrounded by construction at the moment (and the foreseeable future). Also the balcony is horrible. It’s a metal cage!!!! But a good hotel for the price and would recommend

Clean, comfortable, central and convenient
Great stay in a really convenient location. Arrived a little earlier than expected and was able to check-in before the usual time. Friendly front-of-house staff. Clean, comfortable room. There were building works happening next door, but could not hear any noise from within the room, so was no trouble at all. Would stay again, and happily recommend to others.

Wonderful base from which to explore a great city
Excellent service given at reception. Small room well designed, impeccably presented. Superb downtown location. Nearby offsite parking good. Lack of a real lobby not surprising in light of the hotel’s small footprint. All in all, excellent value for money.
