    No packing space, dury and no god for family

    I'm sorry but i don't have a good experience in this hotel...we drived for hours before we arrived to the hotel, and I was wearing for 45min to a hour to park my car, they don't have enough space for all customers, im not recommended this hotel..also at front of the hotel was super dury, garbage etc...

    Swisshotel is not what it used to be.

    I was disappointed with the level of service at this hotel, especially with so many options other hotel options nearby. The lines at the check-in were terrible long (for a Saturday on a Holiday (Labor Day) weekend. The housekeeping service was not good. They came in and just "threw" my top sheet over my other covers, I ran out of toilet paper and called to get some and it took all day to get the rolls delivered, and the soap was not replenished in the shower. Additionally-There were very limited food options within the hotel and it really forced you to go outside of the hotel to get some food, even breakfast. We tried to have lunch at the resturant at the hotel but we could not charge to our room and did not bring our wallet with us.....What's the point of having a resturant in the hotel if you can't have the option to charge to your room. I just felt that overall the level of service was not to the level of years past when I had friends stay there.

    Interior finishes ( bath, furniture ) are certainly dated. Loose handles, broken light fixture and leaking sink. Unable to have breakfast due to staff that did not show up, not necessarily a comment about the quality of the hotel but it adds to the overall experience. Breakfast was just OK. Without knowing or being informed my room opted out of the cleaning and refreshing. I did receive a $10 deduction on the final bill, but i would have rather had fresh towels and a made bed instead.
