Terrible Mattress
Although you can’t beat the location, I don’t recommend if you need a soft mattress. This hotel has the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on and I like a firm mattress. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

This hotel was ideally situated for everything we wished to do in Venice. It's a short walk to St. Mark's Square. We had a spectacular view of the laguna from our room. The staff, specifcally Ernst and Mattia, were extremely helpful and accommodating, advising us from the moment we arrived, including getting us to the hotel from the train station. The water taxis and water buses are right in front of the hotel. The daily breakfast was incredible with a great selection of food available and the wait staff were very attentive.

Highly Recommend
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had an a/c problem and we were immediately moved. We had breakfast as well as dinner in the restaurant and we were quite pleased with the food, the service and of course, the view! This hotel has a great location, an elevator and wonderful service.
