Local Hotel stay during MCO
A bit disappointed with the checking in. I was asked to provide proof that I booked my stay with breakfast included. An embarrassment. Shouldn’t the hotel be able to check with hotel.com on the details of the paid booking ? After checking in , I managed to find an email confirmation from Hotel.com with the free breakfast included. Unfortunately it is not stated in the invoice / receipt. The service team for breakfast was excellent tho.

Bad experience on parking
Bad experience on the parking, the hotel giving excuse that the hotel parking is full. Ask us park on the next shopping center, we need to walk so far and carry heavy luggage to the hotel under the rain. It is annoying and they didn’t arrange some service on this parking issue!!!

The hotel is recently renovated in 2018 so it is new and very well maintain. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the facilities and environment. The only downside is they have very limited parking where we have to use the mall next door to offer parking and get refund afterward. It is quite inconvenience but their service team has done a great job making the process less pain. My overall experience is great, would be outstanding if wasn't for the parking issue. One notable mention is their service team, I got a call back to make sure I got my request fulfill after 15 mins. What a great way to show that they care.

Don’t expect shangri-la level of service. The hotel’s service has deteriorated over the years. Parking is a big headache as many guest are requested to park at the adjacent mall at a pay and claim basis from the hotel. Do expect a 20 minutes process for parking and walking to your room from the mall, and another 5-10 minutes to claim the parking fees from the reception.
