Great Location
We had a 3 bedroom aptmt which had 3 bathrooms that was so convienent for 5 of us. Location was great, just next to Chatswood Mall with lots of eateries. Just 3 mins walk fm the train station. The unit is in need of an upgrade. Kitchen cutlery is not enough for the group. Needs better knives n cooking pots. The water pressure in the bathroom is not stable. Sometimes is too cold or too hot. Very hard to adjust. One of the beds just sunk in, think the spring is broken.

Lost my check in details and was almost required to check in twice. Room was a bit dusty. They tried to charge $45 to make up the sofa bed for the children even though we booked for 4 people. Room front door was broken and didn't lock, as they were full we had to stay in an unsecure room. Had to pay more on check out as they incorrectly charged me on check in. I stay in a lot of hotel properties each year and this hotel really tarnishes the Sebel name.

The location and size of room was excellent. The communication was poor. Front office check in was hopeless. No overview of facilities. No manual in room. No wifi that worked, and then they tried to charge us also. No keys work continuously. Carpets badly stained. No outdoor furniture. Not vacuumed properly- hair in bath and bathroom drawers. Couches had paper left from last guests. And rubbish bin not even empty. And room configuration not as needed. If you can put up with all that, good to stay. Pool area nice, but cold and needs pool furniture.
