The room was very spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The only complaint is that we had to wait in an incredibly long line to check in, the wait was way too long.

Old and expensive
Old hotel rooms. It was obvious it hasn’t been update in decades. Chair in my room was dirty. I avoided walking around barefoot in my room. Base molding was breaking off. Everything was outdated. But bed was comfortable and looked clean. Terrible view next to the street but I didn’t expect much with a cheaper room. Elevators were fast. Hotel is like its own community. The hotel has like 3-4 towers of rooms. Confusing getting around the first day or two. Gym was in a different building. Far away from downtown but it has mostly everything you need. Expensive. Tried to get a late night cheeseburger and it was going to cost me $32. I left. Pool service was pretty slow. Took 1.5 hours for someone to take my order and food to arrive. Lagoon was nice especially if you had kids. Very calm. Beach was nice too. Of course you have to pay for and rent chairs/umbrella to have a nice beach experience. Nothing was great. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. You can pay more for something nicer or pay less to stay one block away from the beach in the heart of Waikiki.

Large clean complex of buildings
Beautiful setting, and we were oceanfront. Rooms weren't very big and bathroom was small. Nice balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Fridge but no microwave. Very large clean facility, and staff was very friendly. Lots of families so it was a bit noisy for complete relaxation, but lots of pools and great for families.
