DISAPPOINTED
This was one of the worst experience I have ever encountered and this is suppose to be a top notch hotel, Very disappointed, Dirty sheets and pillow cases, Housekeeping walked in my room twice, while i was in the room, knocked and immediatety opened the door, I responded to the knock, and was just walking out of the bathroom when she opened the door, Wasnt even close to the check out time, The other time she started to walk in the room and opened the door was approximately 6am. And if you are booking through a third party, the parking is 65 + tax =74.10, and a 25.00 fee for basically a resort fee which is not stated, when I booked and paid for the room nothing was brought to my attention as there is another 100.00 that i needed to include in my budget.

First stay at SF Hilton
Found it difficult to find the elevator on the fifteenth floor each time we left the room. Top floor bar and view were amazing! Priceless view, just wish there were more food options. Drink menu great and special orders accommodated. Will plan a return just for that experience of watching the sunset and seeing the city at night come to life.
