Terrible New Ownership
This used to be a Double Tree and it was imaculate. For the past couple of years new ownership and they are letting it go. Band aids instead of actual fixes, the place looks terrible. It is a shame because it was a beautiful hotel.

Hotel did not have our reservation.
Place was clean and quiet. Someone must be stealing the hangers...there was only one. Concierge was handling multiply calls and customers. Biggest problem was that the hotel had not received our reservation from Hotels.com, despite the multiple confirmations that you had sent to me, and I had no way to call you. Had to text with a virtual agent, who eventually resolved the oversight. But we wasted valuable time from our short stay.

Didn’t get the room we asked for. Needed 2 queens and got a king. Was told because holiday weekend and we checked in late. So what good is a reservation. Offered us a cot free. LOL. Who wants to sleep on a cot Only one checkin person on duty on a busy weekend Long line for service at 6pm
