Poor
The owner never was even on the property so we couldnt deal with these issues in person. This "establishment" will not give you a refund. The place was dirty, unsafe, and just plain disgusting looking inside and out. The place looked NOTHING like the pictures the owner has posted. I left a google review and she claims i never stayed there which in fact i did. I was supposed to stay there for an entire week but the place was so sketchy we left after 3 hours of being there... i can provide pictures i took while staying there to prove i was there. My boyfriend who stayed there with me too just called the owner, Shay and she picked up the phone screaming at us and cussing too. She kept threating us saying she would hurt us if we kept leaving our reviews. She is a dangerous person do not stay there with her for your own good. If you have a bad experience there too like we did and leave a negative review she will threaten you to take it down. She just now called my boyfriend back and repeated his address to him and threated his life again. She is an absolutely horrifying person..

The code for the lock box did not open the lock box. I cleared the lock box with zeros and entered the code several times and the lock box still did not open. A car was in the driveway indicating someone was in the house, so I knocked on the door because there was not a door bell and no one answered the door. I notified the travel company and they contacted the BNB who then emailed me telling me the code works and I should have called instead of providing a solution they basically took advantage. The reservations was for Monday May 13 thru Friday May 17 and I contacted the travel company the next day, Tuesday May 14. The BNB didn't offer to correct the situation nor did the travel company. The experience was a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was the worse experience ever.Scary dirty very bad neighborhood.It was scary just to walk into the place.We didnt even stay there and the property had already ahad already taken our money and we couldn't get a refund

The room was dirty. the carpet had stains, the room was hot. The bathroom sink had ants. We could not stay here we went and found a hotel room to stay.
