Poor 2.0
Room was not clean well, found dead roaches under the bed & corners of the room, found also stuff from previous guest inside the chest drawers, hair on the bathtub & bathroom floors, rooms smell musty. Seems like cleanliness is not with accordance with Hilton standards.

Oldskool hotel not bad
Old hotel but clean, very dated appliances n decor. The bathroom was very small for a suite, overall suite was large could be used to make bathroom bigger. There is no bfast buffet like website implies but understandable for safety of covid. This should be updated on website, the lil tiny microwave burrito is certainly no alternative and should be disclosed. More could be done in this area of included bfast, they have the containers why not serve the premade bfast platters.

Good 6.0
Ok room at best.
Hotel was a little dated. The room smelled old. Bed was comfortable however was attacked overnight by about 6 bed bug bites. Bathroom was incredibly tiny. Door touches your legs as you use the toilet. TV service showed they had tv checkout available, after going through the entire process it says unavailable see the front desk. Pool was closed due to Covid 19 and the buffet, which I do not deduct any stars for, completely understandable. Room was just ok for the price. Doubt I will ever stay here again.

Exceptional 10.0
Another great Doubletree
I understand how everything has changed with this pandemic so I wasn't expecting too much. I decided to treat myself to a staycation so that I could have access to a pool for a weekend. Check in was completely minimal and while that was appreciated for germs, not so much for customer service. There are screens up to minimize contact during check in and then you simply swipe a card and hold up an ID to complete the process. I was given a map with my room number circled and I was on my way. No explanation of whether or not there was food, pool info etc. I got to my room and it was huge! A nice clean suite all to myself but when I went to use the pool later that evening it had already shut down for the day. Ok, went back up to my room and hung out. The next morning I took advantage and was there in time to enjoy it anyway and the woman running the pool was so great! She said she was just helping out but she was very friendly and instructive. There was a check in process to regulate the amount of people and she reminded everyone to distance etc. As people came and went she was on top of sanitizing all the tables and chairs and keeping everything nice and clean. The next day was Monday so no pool that day which was a bummer. As I was leaving I realized that map I'd been given had all the info I needed about the place but once I got to my room I'd discarded it so it just would've been nice to be told that. Now I know to pay more attention!

Poor 2.0
Think twice!
Check in was abysmal even tho we had already paid for it, they canceled our room and then made us wait approx. 30 minutes while they put us in a room in the back over a loading dock. We did arrive very late, but since it was paid for we should have been given the room we paid for and greeted with compassion for a long day of travel versus the welcome we received from Carmen. We were told to "change it in the morning". We did, and was told "oh, you must have met Carmen". Wow... Then over the course of the next 3 days, we were locked out twice during the remainder of our stay due to them checking us out! We overheard another guest complaining and was told the same thing "you must have met Carmen". If the staff know this person to be a problem employee, perhaps they should move her to a position where she doesn't interact with people. We had limited products and towels in the room and pool towels were often empty. Very disappointing start to finish.

Wonderful big units, a great value!
Great big 2-room suite, good hot breakfast, and a convenient local shuttle available. A great value for the money!

Very good 8.0
Too expensive.
Very nice place, large and clean rooms. The only thing that spoiled the stay was the unfriendly night front desk lady. You must come early to the breakfast since they close it on 9:00 am sharp, but even earlier the good stuff is gone. Good point is that you can ask for exceptions, like only vegetarian food or other types of eggs preparation. The area is OK and safe with shopping and restaurants around.
