Pay more for a restful sleep
We checked in late. Our room was an adjoining room. The family next door had children that were yelling and running around until 2am. I had noise cancelling headphones to use, but I could still hear them. Didn't get great sleep, left early. The hotel says it's non-smoking, but you could smell smoke. Our room had plastic covering the smoke detector. I would recommend paying more to stay at a nicer hotel so you can get proper rest.

Overall great value
For the price, this was a great value. Especially because it's an extended stay hotel that features a kitchenette in every room. However, we booked it for the price, not the kitchen, so it felt a bit lackluster for our needs. Even though it's a fairly new building, the shower was leaky, causing damage to the wall. The room was plain and there was no free breakfast, (certainly due to having a full kitchen) but it was really clean. If you're looking for a super clean, but no-frills experience, and especially if you need a full size frig and cooktop, then don't pass this place up. If you want a plusher room and free breakfast you might need to go somewhere else.

We had our dogs with us. I felt they were very welcome and accommodated with outside doggie stations. There is a big field across the street to let the dogs run too! The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

This hotel was great and affordable for a weekend getaway. My only complaint is that they had no kitchen supplies at all. No dishes or anything to cook with so the kitchenette is kinda pointless.
