Exceptional 10.0
For my four-day stay here, I thought the value was pretty good! First of all, there is a great shuttle service that takes you to the Strip, which is a mile from the hotel. The shuttle will drop you off at the entrance to the Miracle Mile. Using the shuttle saved me a lot of money. Check-in was easy. There is the Pegasus Lounge in the lobby. After checking in, I was given a Buy-One, Get-One Free alcohol offer, good at Pegasus. There are two computers and an ample number of couches, as well as a gift shop in the lobby. There is a small outdoor gazebo for wedding ceremonies. A large part of the hotel is under renovation. The grounds are old, but have a friendly-family atmosphere. There are two other smaller pools that can be used right now, given that the largest one near the entrance is being fixed up. I think that there is also a Jacuzzi and a fitness center. There was free wifi. Free self-parking is available. It is a large campus, and it does take a little time to walk to and find your room. This is a smoke-free facility, and there is the plus of no casino in the hotel. Overall, the value of this place is very good. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations and construction, this establishment is doing so in order to provide better services to future customers. Finally, the shuttle service alone makes this budget hotel a worthy stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Worst experience ever with Anthony
I only chose this resort because it was close to the airport and I needed a place to stay overnight due to my cancelled flight for snow and bad weather. I had the absolute worst experience in a place that is so called “an all suite resort”. I arrive and there’s no one at the front desk. Naturally I speak up to see if there’s any one. Anthony comes from the back, already looks irritated as if I had just ruined his day from a very important activity that he was doing in the back. Nevertheless, I tell him I had booked with and he asks for my name, wouldn’t even bother to look at the confirmation email that I had. Then proceeds to tell me I am not in the system, and that I have to call to figure it out since I paid them. I’m thinking, “don’t you do business with” Anyway he returns to the back and I make a phone call to because he would not help us out at all. I get another confirmation number from the agent on call and when I show this number to Anthony, he ignorantly says “our confirmation numbers begin with 3 or 4, not 6”. At this point I’m just livid. I am exhausted from waiting at the airport for 7 hours before they announced my flight is cancelled; it’s 1:30 am and this individual says I don’t have a booked room when I just have him two separate confirmation numbers?? After sensing my frustration, he “manually” enters my information and assigns me a room, ALL the way to the very back of the resort, stating that I have a LONG walk.

I have a bad back when I got there I was looking forward to using this you Jacuzzi It was working the water jets were working but the whole thing was a deep green color and disgusting. I notified the front desk and the security and they both said they were going to notify engineering. Well that did not help because it was in the same condition the whole time I was there. When I got home after my trip I called and they put me to his voicemail the manager will it was four days since I left a message so I ended up calling him back again. The front desk told me they will put me to his voicemail and I said no I want to talk to some manager in that hotel I don’t want to leave more messages and not get a callback. So I finally got a hold of The operations manager and I told him the situation. So he refunded the resort fees. But that was it. That hotel is not interested in getting repeat customers. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone.

Okay for the price but dirty carpet!
My experience with this hotel is very mixed. On the plus side, the rooms are set up well and spacious and the grounds and pools are fairly nice. However there were negatives as well. In the first room when I stepped in the shower for the first time shortly after arriving, I noticed my feet turned the shower black where I stepped. After walking around the room after the shower, the bottoms of my feet turned black again. To find out if it was the carpet or tile, I wiped a wet cloth on the floor and it turned black from the carpet in one swipe. They immediately moved us to a different room but it had the exact same problem. Not sure if they don't vacuum or if they just never have the carpet cleaned. I was around during the day when the maids were cleaning in the area and never heard a vacuum run. They finally moved us a a much upgraded suite, and the carpet here was cleaner and overall the room was fine except for 2 of the 4 air conditioner units not working. One other interesting note. In the first and second rooms (a parlor queen room), the shower head was placed at the lowest height I've ever seen - it was even with the top of my shoulder! I'm only 6 ft, so that is very low. You had to duck very low in order to get your hair wet. And the sad part is that there was close to 3 ft of empty wall above the shower head, so it could have been placed much higher.

If zero stars was in option, I'd choose that. My stay here did everything short of ruin my wedding entirely. Upon getting into our room on the first night, I found a bedbug. It was a rough trip in and we were tired, so we didn't call the front desk. The second day, my wedding day, I walked back from getting my hair done across the street only to find myself locked out of the room, as my husband was out. I called the front desk and the first person I spoke to said they had us all checked out and thank you for your stay. We were booked for three nights, confirmed online AND by the clerk at check in. The woman who answered the phone sounded like she couldn't give a crap less about my problem. She said "I'll send security to let you in" and hung up on me. Thirty minutes later as I stood outside sweating my makeup off and the wind screwing up my freshly done hair, security finally showed up. I was let in, then hassled for not wanting to show my ID card. Once I got inside my room, I called the front desk and asked they have someone bring two keys for my husband and I. A different woman than I'd spoke to before was very curt and short with me. Her exact words were "you're just gonna have to wait, I'm the only one here" -click- phone hangs up. My family and I waited for someone to bring the keys and no one ever showed. We left for the chapel and when we returned, I went inside to ask for replacement key cards The young woman inside working asked me if I'd had the car
