Great spot to escape the Melbourne winter
Our host Melanie was very helpful. We looked out over the trees to the hinterland mountains. We were a few blocks from the wonderful beach. The room had no broom which we could have done with as we stayed almost a week. The unit provisions were a bit basic but we were comfortable and able to look after ourselves at our leisure. The only real downside was that because some residents are permanent there are not strict rules about smoking so we had to shut our windows/doors periodically to keep the smoke out. Good value for money.
