The experience at this hotel was bad, i travel a lot every year, and thought it would be a good choice. I had to wait about 25 minutes to check in, and there was only one person ahead of me, so figue if you are number 10 in the line how much time you would have to wait. When i asked to please move faster, the answer was "you have to wait". The hotel is well located, but the buffet is terrible, i'm glad i did not pay for all inclusive. When i went to my room there was no remote control so i requested one, they never sent it. The room's key wasn't working, i called from a phone on the third floor where i was, they said they will send me one, after 20 minutes of waiting no one showed up so i had to go back to the reception area to get it myself. I wanted to order room service, they never picked up the phone. Also the elevators were not working, so i can just figure how the people staying in the 9th floor would feel. If you are a person that don't care about good service and good food, then you can stay here, otherwise you can find a much better hotel. For sure i will not go back to this one.

Booked an ocean front but really it’s an ocean view. Went to get ready this morning and have a shower and shave no water at all. Can’t flush the toilet, can’t brush my teeth. Nada nothing. Decided I’ll iron my shirt and maybe the water will come back on. Took the iron out and it’s not even connected to the power cord 🔌 $280 a night totally unacceptable

Photos were super photoshopped or of a different building or room. Hotel was old. We were charged $50 pesos in a cleaning fee upon check in. Taxi brought us next door to the krystal grand which was nicer but we got the older one lol. Guests returned to their rooms super late from nearby bars and we heard and woke up to each one. Still a clean hotel but we felt lied to with how nice the rooms were advertised online. Nice beach view which we paid extra for.

Seriously the best hotel in Cancun Zona Hotelera! Staff is kind and always helpful, the manager is truly amazing and just a joy to talk to. The beach there is the most beautiful and calm beach to be at. The pool area is nice and clean, the bar offers amazing tropical drinks and the bartenders are so friendly. Room service food is delicious! It can be a bit crowded during holidays so my suggestion is to ask a room further out in the corridors or the higher floors. ONLY downside to Krystal is that they have this timeshare breakfast, which they don’t necessarily tell what it is, and it turned out to be a 3 horrible pitch trying to get us to buy timeshare, my suggestion is say NO to the free breakfast. This is the o my thing Krystal should remove.

Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. Spent half of the trip in the lobby trying to address issues caused by the hotel. The last straw was when we could not find food anywhere on the property at noon! Management offered nothing by way of compensation for our troubles and harassed us when we tried to leave for not checking out properly after we’d just done so with the manager. Outrageous, never stay here!!!

The beds are very uncomfortable and the taxi services are bullies and the hotels shouldn’t allow it. Be prepared to be swarmed for promotions to a never ending degree.
