    My fiance` and I checked in in the late afternoon. The common areas and the 2nd floor room were clean. I dropped her off at the airport around 9p and returned to the hotel. I had no issues until about 11:15p when the fire alarm sounded. I evacuated the hotel and as I cleared the lobby, I noticed the night clerk run to the fire panel and attempt to reset the alarm. The alarm stopped for a moment then it immediately sounded again. I waited outside for the FD and watched others slowly exit. I spoke to another guests who said that he was in his room on the 3rd floor when the alarm sounded. When he exited he saw a guest down the hall from his room pushing water out of a room as it the room was flooded. After what appeared to be about 15 minutes last of the hotel guests exited the hotel and the FD arrived. Slowly over the next 30 or so minutes several fire department vehicles arrived on scene. The temperature was dropping and rain was falling so I waited in my car. At about 1:20a the alarm stopped and guests, including me, slowly returned to the building and gathered in the lobby. Neither the clerk nor the FD made any announcements or provided any information to the guests. I heard the FD tell the clerk that some rooms could not be reoccupied. She never addressed the group of displaced guests. I returned to my room to get some rest but I had a difficult time getting to sleep. I learned upon checkout that a guest triggered the fire sprinkler system.

    Great family hotel and pet friendly
    Room was super clean, beds were very comfortable and not far from local restaurants although due to COVID they were pick up or delivery only. Wonder place to stay. Will definitely stay again

    Overall, a pleasant stay. the room seemed clean, the toilet needs minor repair as it did not flush easily. It's located in a nice, quiet location. Recommended!
