My colleagues were pleased with the room's cleanliness and the location. However, the price was quite expensive (still the cheapest in the immediate area, however) and yet some basic things were lacking (a complimentary breakfast was not included as with most hotels in this price range), though others were offered. On top of this, you have to pay a facility fee (not ideal) and have a card on file for incidentals, which for colleagues traveling abroad is simply not feasible at times. The most unbelievable thing, however was that two of my colleagues reported no wifi in their rooms! For $300 a night, I would think that wifi was a basic amenity. Additionally, these two colleagues were visiting from abroad - they were still required to have credit cards for the exorbitant facility fee and they did not have one. I had sent a pre-authorization form to them via email days before - no response. I physically walked in one day turned in the form, asked if it looked okay so they would have to pay nothing or provide a card when they arrived, and my colleague still had to cough up $150 cash to cover incidentals because I had not selected some "required fields." even though I had asked if the form was okay as I had turned it in. Additionally, I had left one of them a welcome package for when she arrived- my colleague only received one part of it when she asked for it (she knew I'd left it) and even then, she did not receive a paper packet until Monday when I asked for it.

Hotel was in a great part of downtown DC. But the staff in the bar and restaurant was very unfriendly and rude to my husband and I.

My stay at the DC could not have been better! The staff was so helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. In addition, it was located in an idea area. It will definitely be my go-to for future trips to the area!!

Staff was welcoming and helpful giving eating and touring recommendations.

It served my purpose as far as convinience to the place I want to g to for this visit is concern . Parking is also prime . Food is expensive and not too many eating places around that is close by . The room is clean and comfortable . The staff are ok when approached . I stayed here before twice and will stay here only if I have to return to the place I went to this trip . The price is reasonable if you get it thru 3rd party . Better priced than their own promo . Overall it was a pleasant stay each time. I used my reward night from hotel. Com on my last night .
