    The rooms was partial ocean view and located in the “Select” section however you can’t use these and have to go around this area which is crazy. The room was super small, crowded and pillows, linens, towels etc were all very cheap and not that great. It appears this resort or owners are doing the most to not upgrade a single thing. Also they lied and ALL restaurants and activities are closed just one single place with constant buffet everyday. If you go to Punta Cana at least those resorts have re opened properly!! Just close these down if your not going to offer a resort atmosphere it is pointless to be honest! Oh and $4/day for a safe key!?? This is absurd!

    That was the worst resort that I ever see before . They don’t follow the safety guideline for COVID-19. They have more than 100 people all together with no distance at the loby. The personal was rude with no education neither ethics skills . Worst experience ever !

    The staff were overall nice and the food was worth it. Problem is a lot more than that! This property is a nice chunk of land that has obviously been there for a long, long time. But unfortunately, a lot of it is run down. A/C didn’t work properly, we had two rooms and spoke to others with same issue. WiFi is from the 90’s (if they had WiFi back then. You’ll find people sitting up by the front desk on their phones and tablets because it doesn’t work if you’re any distance from the front desk. For the price, being all inclusive it’s probably an alright deal but I wished that I would had known it was so ran down. I would had spent more for a more modern and better maintained facility. Somebody really needs to oversee the room maintenance better than it is. I tried writing all the different things that we experienced, but I ran out of allowed space.
