Had a great trip!
We had a great spur of the moment get away with our girls over spring break. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful and the fitness center and pool worked very well even with the Covid restrictions.

Great hotel, great location!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very clear about their Covid policies and still had great accommodations. The pool was great. They allow up to 15 people per hour with reservation, but we were there with 9 and it felt like 15 would be a little crowded.

Grand Rapids weekend
Me and my 16 yr old son had a great stay, previous to arrival I set up pool times and late check out that work out great! Room was big and clean with a good view of dwn twn.. Pool was warm and very clean.... social distance and masks was done by every one!! Staff was helpful and polite... thank you The downtown was fun, the electric scooters were all over and was fun to pick up and take a cruise whenever u wanted.... even rode them to the fish ladder!!!! Public museum is a fun thing to do as well

Friendly staff...check in was simple...room was clean and neat... I had a HORRIBLE view of a old brick building with peeling paint and that's it! This was my biggest disappointment with my room!

Nice hotel but no hot water
The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location. There was very little hot water (Luke warm at best) so we couldn't even take a shower.
