Please direct this to hotel management: I can’t find enough stars or smiley faces to rate KBFH highly enough. The property is lovely. The rooms are lovely and sparkling clean. The easy walk to the Marketplace yields everything a guest could want from coffee and pastries to chicken anything and beautiful shops. The room service food was equally convenient and delicious. BUT it’s your staff that sends your hotel off the rating charts. During a long stay, we dealt with front desk, reservations, bell services, shuttle drivers, cleaning staff, maintenance people; without exception, your employees are the kindest, friendliest, most cheerful and helpful, best representatives of a company we have ever encountered. There is no praise high enough for any of them! I wish I could list the name of everyone who tended to us. Suffice it to say, anyone who worked in connection with the hotel from May 11-22 was exemplary and needs to be told by bosses how perfectly they represented the Knott’s brand and deserves every accolade you have available to reward your incomparable staff. In the midst of endless renovations, your people never missed a beat, never failed to fulfill a request, never ignored an opportunity to make their guests see the Knott’s tradition of treating everyone like welcome family for every moment of their stay. I rate them all the stars in the universe!!! Thank you, each and every one of you!
