We got locked out of our room due to the key pad battery dying. It took awhile to get back in and we were late for a family event. We ended up having to move rooms which took more time. We were told at check in there was breakfast and woke up the next morning to go down for breakfast and there was cereal and a couple apples. There was no coffee and we were told it was due to staff not showing up to do the breakfast and coffee job. we booked this hotel so we could have breakfast and not have to spend extra money.

Despite having all the details of a confirmed booking the Red Lion staff said they couldn’t find it. Offering to rebook a room that I clearly had all the reservation details to they told me that was not an option because they were sold out. We were there for a huge wrestling tournament and not w we’re left without any place to stay. I think this may have been a win after hearing all the horror stories from those who did stay there and how dirty it was and them giving keys to random people’s rooms that were already occupied. I will NEVER stay here again. During all of this the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful.
