Fiyasko
Balayının ilk gecesi Nevşehir’e gidecektik yol üzeri Mersinde konaklayalım dedik ve i pişman olduk. Hotels.com dan jakuzili suit aile odası ayırdık, girişteki bayan rezervasyona bakmadan normal oda verdi. Arayıp yanlışlık var dememize rağmen, biz bu fiyata bu odayı veremiyoruz diyip gönülsüz odamızı değiştirdi. Ama sorun bununlada da bitmedi. Oda kirli temizlik sıfır, yastıkta pike de lekeler pislik vardı arayıp değiştirin dedim, bir yastık değiştirdiler. Yerde halılar lekeli, Klima kumanda yoktu istedik, jakuzi bile bile kapağı çıkarmışlar, 2 kez arayıp istememe rağmen getiriyoruz ve işlem görmüyor, çalışmıyor gibi bahane sundular getirmediler. 1 gece kalacağımız için jakuzisi batsın dedik istemedik. Sözde yeni yapılmış bir otel ama tam bir fiyasko... Kısacası; sanayi ortasında, temizlik kötü, dolaplarda su bile yok, kahvaltı çok zayıf, çift kişilik yatak ama pike tek kişilik, konfor sıfır, banyo da kabin yok ortalık batıyor.. inan sorunları saymakla bitmez gelin kendiniz görün ki öyle anlarsınız.. Bir kaç iyi yanı otobana yakın, ucuz fiyat.. Kısaca, Ucuz etin yahnisi olmuyor. Üzüldüğüm nokta bir tesis yapmışsın fiyatı neyse hakkınız neyse isteyin ama iyi hizmet yapın milleti yormayın, pişman ettirmeyin. Allah iyi etsin, Diyecek söz yok..
