Give this one a miss
If you have issues with claustrophobia then maybe stay elsewhere, or bring Ativan. We were put in the annex, which was like a maze to get to. Elevator was so tiny and the room was tight. Low ceilings and so dark. The bathroom was nicely renovated, but the room itself was old. I managed to avoid the elevator after the first experience, once we figured out the stair situation from the 4th floor. It was the most bizarre hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was ok but nothing to rave about. Honestly I couldn’t wait to check out of the hotel!

The location of the hotel was perfect being 2 minutes away from St. Marc’s Piazza. The room was clean and the included breakfast was simple but a nice surprise. The 3 star rating reflects the poor shower, broken things in the room and the pillows were so thin that they were almost non existent. When we asked for more pillows we were told that there weren’t any. All in all a good location and nice staff.
