    Very Clean

    I’m very pleased with my hotel stay at Red Roof Inn Willowbrook area in Houston, Tx. The hotel room was super clean and furniture in excellent condition. The restroom was exceptionally clean, and the staff and service was professional. I will definitely stay there again on my future visits to Houston.

    Don't know how the reviews are so great because the exterior looks bare minimum. We had dirty nasty towel that had multiple pieces of body hair from different people because there was Brown hairs and black hairs coiled up in the towel. The manager harasses you exactly at check out time of 11am. He comes knocking on the door over and over every couple minutes until you check out. Then he has the audacity to say there is alate check out fee?! No hotel EVER does that! No hotel charges a fee for late checkout and harasses you!! Disgusting! Will never come back again. No breakfast either just coffee and juice early in the am.

    The Inn was not a "win"

    Disappointed by the rude staff, yes, we arrived early (but an hour after checkout), but they told us there wasn’t a room ready, to come back at 3 pm. I had called the day before, but told they wouldn't know if there was a room ready until after 10:30. We couldn’t wait, and left to attend the function we were in town for that started before regular check-in, and they called to say they had a room, and wouldn’t charge us for early check-in. We weren’t able to go back and check-in at that point, so there was no reason to waive an unearned charge. I get it’s not a fancy place, but It does not cost you to provide good customer service, but it sure can cost a business if you do not. Neither my husband or I wish to stay at any Red Roof Inn in future. Franchise or not, it reflected poorly on the Red Roof Inn brand. I get that a room may not have been ready, I am no 'Karen'...I’ve been in positions where I was able to provide customer service, whether in retail, food service, or during my long career in project management, design & sales. It does not cost you to provide good customer service, but it sure can cost a business if you do not. Don't think I'm a diva, I've stayed overnight in places that Law & Order SVU would cringe at, but had a decent enough stay, great front desk staff. We just wanted to be treated like guests, not possible criminals.
