Wonderful Staff. Remembered me from last stay in April. Only issue we arrived at 12 room not ready which we expected as check in at 3. Arrived back at 3:15 not ready again. Only had a few minutes to wait. Third stay and will be back in December. Little hiccup the hotel made up for with the awesome room and breakfast

Room 432
The hotel approved my change in dates and delayed check in 48 hours because we couldn’t travel until our COVID results were in. When we checked in, we were in room 432. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I turned the air conditioning on hoping it would go away and went to bed. By 4am, I was awake and congested and the smell was still present. I went downstairs at 6am to find out what I needed to do to change rooms. The front desk person did not make eye contact with me and told me I needed to be at the front desk at 11am to get a new room and because they had to clean room 432 so they could put someone else in it that night. I went back down at 8am and explained that we would not be back at 11am and the person at the front desk told me there had been no previous complaints about room 432, but they could switch rooms for me. I don’t like that my concerns about the room were downplayed and the front desk staff acted like the problem was my perception and not accurate. When I picked up the new room key that night, my luggage had been moved without issue. I feel bad for whoever subsequently checked into room 432 and hope they werent made to feel the same way.
