Starting out a stay walking into a nice smelling reception area is always a pleasure, the room was very spacious and the bathroom was also. The bed was very soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was very very hot! Good pressure and a nice way to start the day. Super local to some great coffee shops and food places, under ground parking and a 20 minute walk to the QVB, it was the perfect place for an overnight stay.

Staff were amazing from the moment we arrived, always greeted with a smile. We stayed 9 nights and would definitely stay again. Breakfast in the mornings was such a good start to the day, so much to choose from even gf section. The staff at breakfast were so friendly and worked so hard to keep everything well stocked. The restaurant onsite for lunch or dinner was a bonus too. The meals we had from there were also delicious. Location is perfect right by the train/tram station. Thank you for a wonderful stay ⭐️
