    This place is absolutely amazing. It is away from the busy part of Cancun so it’s much quieter and more relaxing than being in the city center. The staff is amazing, always there to answer every question and makes sure you’re aware of things going on around the area as well as places to visit while in the area. Food was always fresh and different at every meal of the day. Beach was always clean and beautiful.

    Beautiful family resort for me and the family. Food and service was great the beach and water park made it so exciting as we went for our first time to Cancun.     Las fotografías que muestra en el internet no están actualizadas, la playa no está fea, el servicio de recepción no es muy eficiente, teníamos liqueo del aire acondicionado y les tubimos que decirles 4 veces para que fueran a arreglar eso, llegaba un olor a drenaje en el hotel y en la playa, un día quisieron cobrar por el desayuno que es gratis! Nunca preguntaron si necesitábamos papel de baño, shampoo o toallas, la verdad no vuelvo a ese hotel

    The property was ok for the price. The food was GROSS. Not many options. We had to order pizza from dominoes almost every night. Our room was not ready until 5pm check in is at 3pm. They only compensated us by letting us check out 1 hour later instead of 2. Our room had mosquitoes really bad but it was because the windows didn’t close all the way and the door had a major gap in it. The staff was friendly and helpful.
