The hotel was great and in a good location. Close to the train and the metro, and next door to several museums. Check in was a mess though, a very long line at 3 pm, and done on computers. Mine didn't recognize my passport so I had to enter all my information manually, then the system hang up when it was time to pay. It took me 30-45 minutes from the time I walked in the lobby to the time I got my room key.
