Need to improve
Very disappointing for several reasons
1. Had an email in advance of arriving to speed up checking etc… so on arrival you still have to queue 15 minutes with those who haven’t checked in prior online to get your room key!
2. When you check in online they ask for your credit card details to speed up checkout and any incidentals. So at checkout I was asked for my credit card when jnsaidnid already given the details online I was told it’s easier for them to donut in person! What is the point? I’d also paid for the stay in advance on the Hotels website! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
3. Had to have a room change after arrival as A/C did not work and Wi-Fi was none existent. Had to queue again at reception and not at all helpful asked for a a manger and was told no managers work after 6pm it’s just us receptionist and we do our best. New room was ok Wi-Fi better but not great speak to reception again about Wi-Fi was told it’s because the they have a lot of people staying.
4. Overall room was noisy with water being heard running in other rooms thought the walls Al the time
