A bit disappointed
Service was just okay. They forgot to offer our VIP complimentary welcome drink and coffee machine at the restaurant was also broken. We requested twin beds, however didn’t get it.

Room looked tired.
The room showed a lot of signs of not being cleaned properly. It was looking very tired for the price of what we paid to stay. However, as far as location, there is plenty to do in the area and lots of choices to eat out if you choose not to cook.

Hotel is nice but checkin had hurdles
I had late checkin so through the lock box outside which is fine. Unfortunately i had to ring the phone service four times as our keycard did not work. It was midnight and it was really cold. One of the phone service people told me to go upstairs and see if the key worked (as another guest let us inside) after climbing up two flights of stairs with our luggage and a kid we discovered it didnt work so had to call the phone service again. Luckily a manager was nearby so we were able to wait 10 to 15 mins for him to come. He also realised that who ever put the card into the envelope didnt include our breakfast and drink vouchers. I really appreciate him but am not happy with being left outside, tired and cold with a kid.
