This hotel is in the middle of Georgetown and you can walk to the most of attractions. It is 10 minutes walk to the port. The building is in a great condition. Rooms are clean and spacious. They have 3M drinking water filtration in rooms. Lots of Michelin star restaurants in the area.

Had a great stay in penang, the gotel staf at all level was fantastic. Very nice and friendly and also very helpful. Richel and Ahmaf at the front desk were especially great in helping with anything needed. Hotel was clean, food was great, accomadoatiins were nice and location was perfect.my wife and i reqlly enjoyed our stay here.

Friendly staff, we were greeted with smiles though out our stay. The hotel is relatively new, so in good shape. Unfortunately our room was right next to the service elevator and cleaning equipment storage, sound proofing wasn’t up to par, and the noise traveled.

This was a great stay. The hotel is not far from the different areas you want to see in Georgetown. Everything is in walking distance and loads of restaurants and shops are not far. The team was very friendly and looked after us perfectly. We slept very well and although near the city it was quiet.I really can recommend staying here.
