Hello, the email below is what was submitted to Bellagio Guest Services yesterday. Good Evening Guest Services, Hope this email finds you well, I wanted to provide some feedback on a recent stay at your hotel on May 31st thru June 3rd, the room was booked under Adam Robb on Expedia – Itinerary# 7436986714532 staying in room 09-118. • During our stay I noticed a few things worth noting about the room from arrival • Foul odor of vomit or some sort of unpleasant scent when coming down the hallway to room • The sink in bathroom throughout the night bubbled and made loud noises unless the door was closed • Carpet in bedroom seemed as if it was not vacuumed, food residue still around • Black long hairs found in bathroom upon check in • Nightstand surface peeling, quite sharp but in any aspect was not appealing for such a nice hotel • Water Damage from the Fire Sprinkler made me wonder if the must smell in room was some sort of a recent water incident • Dust on the headboard was quite gross to find, a lot of the room seemed to have this theme • Shower had like a black mold or residue around entry door of shower • Mirror near the front door to room was scratched/damaged • Grime dirt found between desk grooves was not helpful when trying to eat on and near it The visit was to be impactful, my girlfriend and I decided after all our travel for work, the Bellagio in Las Vegas would be a great celebration spot, she and I were both very disappointed as you can probably understand..

Rude manager at Bellagio
Rude manager, we arrived there at 2 am to take our reservation and they said they can not honor our two queen bed. A rude manager came, his name was "Asad" and he insulted me in front of my guests. Then the second manager came and agreed to fully refund our booking and he said I should not worry at all. He wrote his name on his card and gave it to me so we take his word and we left at 3am to go to venetian . We went and followed up with him the next day and he said again it is processed and we will get full refund. I just called hotels.com and they said Bellagio has only authorized two nights refund and they took one night as cancelation fee. I asked them to call them back and explain the situation and they did so and said the hotel would not authorize the full refund. Had they told us at the hotel that we do not get our full refund we would have stayed at Bellagio and we would not have left the hotel at 3 am in the morning after driving 6 hours from LA. So I guess they tricked us to get rid of us at the hotel at 3 am because they did not want to give us two queen bed or upgrade our room and they basically lied to us . i have 3 witnesses and the manager card and his handwriting on the card . I do not know how I can follow my case up :(

The Bellagio amenities are sub par. I have stayed at what was consider not a luxury Hotel and that had better amenities than The Bellagio. The room had no coffee maker, the towels provided were cheap and small. The room toiletries were not what I am used to seeing in a nice hotel. Our room only had soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, I am used to having provided things like makeup removers, shower caps, q-tips etc. The pool towels were also cheap and small. The pool was pretty to look at but being 3 1/2 feet deep everywhere you had to squat to be fully in the water. The poolside wait staff walked around me as I was sitting poolside to ask the people on both sides of me if they wanted anything and didn't bother to ask me. I felt snubbed. The other big thing is the mini bar and dry bar they have weights under the items even if you just pick the item up they will charge you. I had to have an item taken off bill, due to just reading the label of an item. They really need to give you a better warning about touching the mini bar. Also you cannot store any of your own water in the mini bar frig due to it changing you by the weight difference. I have always been able to keep my water cold in mini bar with no problem until The Bellagio. For a fancy hotel the amenities are cheap . It is beautiful.

1 member of staff ruined my Bday and bellagio 4 me
Ive booked 4 days and then 1 extra; this extra I’ll use 4 a comment on a particular incident that happened 2 me, hoping management will read it and do something about it - and other customers don’t have 2 suffer what I had to! I was picking up an uber at the main entrance, already late for a show!, and went 2 same spot i picked up all Ubers about 2 years ago when I was at bellagio! I was getting in the car when someone from staff (named Walter) almost took over me, pushed me back and blocked the door with his body, then shouting at the poor driver that he could not pick me up there! I then asked what was up and got yelled at like I was a criminal and had committed a crime, that I had to go downstairs 2 get in! I tried reason that I didn’t know, had seen no apparent signs tho having searched 4 it, was late 4 a show, had my 74yo mother w me and car was there, couldn’t he make an exception? The man didn’t even bother looking at me, shut the car door and yelled that I should thank him 4 having saved the driver’s job! I said ok but I’m a guest is that how you’re supposed to adress guests? He scorned at me and said: wanna make a complaint? Go ahead! I had to walk all the way 2 the awful pickup point (hot wet smelly like some place you do illegal stuff..), got 35 min late to the show and spent half of it in total distress feeling humiliated. It was my BIRTHDAY and he ruined it! My mom was horrified and will never do bellagio again - neither will I.. staff MUST meet hotel standards!!

Beautiful hotel, safe area
Our hotel stay was very pleasent. Hotel was beautiful.l, rooms were soacious, clean and bed was absolutly devine. Slept better than i ever have. Although the hotel was great for staying overnite, you have to be welthy to even eat there. There were no coffee makers in the rooms. NOTHING is complimentary. You must walk FOREVER to get anything you need. Everything is rediculously overpriced. 2 eggs at their cafe was $18, a buger from room service was $34 + $4.95 ("operator fee") Their Breakfast buffet for one was $25 and the food was not very good. They have alot of options but quality is bleh... So, if money is no object, then you should be ok,but if you have any type of budget, skip the Belaggio or make a Grocery store/Liquor store stop before hand, or you WILL go in debt! We stayed for 5 days and only ate at the hotel 3 times...we spent over $300. So be prepared. And skip the massages too. One 50 min will run you $200 and that does NOT include tip. If you eat outside of Bellagio, be prepared to walk forever ir soend lots on Uber. But if you must walk, take advantage of the free tram which can take you through 3 hotel. Itnwas our saving grace a few times to get to shows. Hope this helps anyone who is visiting vegas on somewhat of a budget.
