This is an excellent hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful Hotel is beautiful. Room is well appointed with little details that make you feel special. Location is great, 10 min to San Marco, 2 minutes to water taxi station, 5 minutes to via Garibaldi (for restaurant options)-- and yet quiet enough for a restful evening. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin? We have never stayed in a more fabulous hotel in our lives- and we are old and travel a lot. Immaculate, gorgeous, fabulous breakfast. But a special shoutout to the staff! Always smiling, welcoming, helpful. A special acknowledgement to the lovely Linda who gave us excellent dinner recommendations and Alessandro who went above and beyond in all aspects. From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. We were greeted warmly and offered immediate assistance, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. Check-in was smooth and unhurried, and we especially appreciated the personal touch of a guided tour of the property. Our room was beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home—special thanks to Marta, Francesco, Alessandro, and Gaston for their outstanding service. Many others were also wonderful, though I regret not remembering all their names. A true highlight of the hotel is its stunning rooftop, offering an unforgettable panoramic view of Venice—truly one of a kind. I’m already looking forward to returning and will be sure to explore other Starhotels properties during future travels. My only suggestion would be to enhance the in-room toiletries to match the otherwise luxurious experience. Otherwise, everything about our stay was simply excellent.

This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here again when I go back!
