Never and never again
Hotel very old, room very small and also very old. There is not enough light in the room. Neighborhood horrible and tram far away. The only nice thing was breakfast

Exceptional 10.0
Fine
Nothing to complain about, bit of a walk from the city centre but there is a 'V3' bicycle hire docking station right outside, we cycled around quite a bit. The electric car charger in the garage was helpful.

Great for Business
very clean room. Nice service!

Fair 4.0
Room was freezing cold. No heater available or extra duvet. Not possible for the staff to turn off the AC and no rooms available where they were able to turn it off. So I had to sleep with loads of clothes on, and still it was cold and drafty.

Ok but not a good choice...
It should have closed during constuction.

Good 6.0
City break in a wonderful city.
The hotel was only a short 20 mins walk to the city and what a pleasant walk along the promenade. So much to see and worth the walk. The hotel is a little tired inside and the rooms although quite spacious need some modernisation. The Reception staff were just polite enough and we both separately commented on this.
