Very good 8.0
Great location and great hotel. Just didn’t appreciate money being removed from my credit card without my knowledge and for no reason.

Great hotel!
Wonderful hotel, great location for getting around and restaurants! The staff was very polite and helpful! I loved the lobby with the little seating areas for quiet time (but not in your room)!
Michele, us2 night business trip
Poor 2.0
Horrible experience. Multiple hour wait to check in. Internet issues. No back up. The hotel should have done something. We missed an engagement doe to murk hour lines
Randy, us1 night trip
Fair 4.0
Chaotic check in
The check in system was down when I arrived at 5pm. There was over 60 people in line to check in. I had a black tie event at the hotel that night and ended up having to change/get ready in the lobby bathroom. Very disruptive and inconvenient. Room was decent, but I would chose another hotel to stay at next year for the event.

Nice hotel, dangerous entrance
Everything went well. Convenient. Entrance having 8 steps to go up or down was inconvenient. Had 2 people there to help with wrestling bags but if they were helping others, luggage then a problem. Surprised more people not falling. Saw many near falls. Little lady bell hop was outstanding all week, helpful and courteous.

Expensive Bar
This spot is worth a stay, but the hotel bar prices are outrageous. Pro tip: slide down the block for drinks that are about $6 cheaper.
Sarah, us1 night trip
Good 6.0
Awful service
Service was horribly rude. We had to travel earlier than expected and arrived a day prior to our reservation. Understand thats not the hotels fault. However the lady at the front desk was awful about it in terms of her attitude. Despite abundant vacancies, she tried to charge us nearly $400 to move it one day to the left. I ended up coming on here to just rebook it at just over 1/4 of that (paid twice in the end for a 1 night stay) then cancelled our other night that was already paid for so we didn't even get the extra “night” registered with my hotels.com account despite the fact that it had been paid for. After all this we went upstairs with our cranky kids and slept on their incredibly hard bed. Only good thing I can say about it is that was clean.
