Disappointing
The sauna was not operational, the hot tub on the balcony was broken and leaked water all over the floor, even without the functionality of the jets. The room is not well insulated from noise from the other guests and I could hear children crying well into midnight. I booked this stay for my mother and I so we could get away and just relax...the main reason I booked this place was because of the sauna and jacuzzi tub...both of which weren't actually available. I was originally in agreement for the fee that they charged for our stay, but with half the stuff I was wanting not working, I should have been offered a discount on my stay. This place is really beautiful, but they did not have the main amenities that I was looking forward to enjoying while on vacation.
