GREAT stay!! Both front desk representatives were VERY attentive and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The elevator should be updated...but overall the stay was great!

Disappointed but good service
The hotel was very run down. The telephone in the room was not hooked up and there was not cable to the tv. The bathrooms as you entered half worked and were very run down. Needs a lot of work. Felt more like a motel 6 than a Hyatt. Service was great but property was disappointing.

Check in was at 3pm we had to wait an hour and a half after arriving at 3 to get our room. construction was happening and there were terrible noises the whole time. as well as only 1 of the 2 elevators working and it was getting stuck on the 4th floor every time trying to use it. we always ended up having to use the stairs to get to our room

I was super disappointed to learn upon arrival that the hotel was under renovation. But not only that, our room did not look ANYTHING like the photos shown when I booked the hotel. And only one elevator was in working condition which made for long waits. I should have been alerted to the conditions because this was certainly NOT worth a $160/night stay.

Lousy service and sketchy rooms
Check in clerk was on the phone and ignored me for a few minutes. I left got food and came back. She was still on the phone and ignored me for several more minutes. When she finally got off the phone I asked why the delay. She called me disrespectful and told me she was helping another customer, a man sitting in the lobby who was there the first time I arrived. No reason was given for the over 20 minute delay in checking me in. If another customer requires over 20 minutes of individual attention, the desk clerk should take two minutes and check another customer in in my humble opinion. Once checked in, I was given a room with a door that did not unlock and looked like the lock had been tampered with. I had to return to the desk and get another room. I won’t be returning to this hotel.
