Poor cleanliness and unsafe F&B
I was terribly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When I entered the room, there were at least 3 cockroaches running around. When the front desk changed the room, it was apparently occupied by someone else. In the end, I had to have my room changed another time. And when I ordered room service, the fries were served on a chipped plate. This is unfortunately so dangerous.

Good location
Stayed here a couple of times before: I chose this hotel solely for its location - so convenient to all the malls and attractions. Generally the front office staff are polite. I don’t particularly find the porters helpful especially when it comes to helping guests with unloading of bags from our transport. My chartered driver had to ask the porter for help as I was with my elderly mother and we had a couple of shopping bags with us. The doormen only help with opening of the doors, none of whom would greet any of the guests. As someone who stayed here 3 times in the past year I can attest to this. Also I stayed in both standard and deluxe rooms before, I find no difference in either.

Only worthy for its location.
The only worthy point is its location. Hotel is old, no ventilation in the lift. Qualify of food and beverage provided in the executive lounge is low. The kettle in my room poured out brownish water after boiling. Fixtures in room all show signs of age.
