This is a great hotel option. This is the second time I've stayed at this establishment with my family. Clean rooms, hot water, and good water pressure - all I need. The beds and pillows are not the best, but it is a middle range hotel so don't expect too much.

Hotel básico que precisa melhorar nos detalhes
O local era estratégico para mim, pela proximidade com Cacupé (onde eu tinha um evento), mas a vizinhança não me pareceu muito convidativa para um passeio a pé - embora tivesse um shopping próximo. Hotel novo, cinco andares, mas pode investir um pouco mais na experiência do usuário. Tinha mofo na cortina, não tinha suporte para sabonete ou shampoo no box, e de amenities só mesmo shampoo, condicionador e sabonete - não custaria quase nada oferecer touca e algodão para facilitar a vida das mulheres. A academia só abre às 7 da manhã - o que dificulta a vida de quem precisa malhar cedinho. Pedi para me ajudarem com a TV, já que meu aparelho estava sem sinal, e não me deram a mínima atenção (fiquei 3 dias hospedada). A piscina é bem pequena e o local é abafado - mas é aquecida. Ponto positivo para o café da manhã que embora não seja farto tem opções saudáveis e também para os preços dos pratos e dos itens do frigobar que não são extorsivos. Experiência bem mediana.
