When you walk into the lobby it appears like a nice hotel with a restaurant/bar, a nice sitting area and elevators, then you get up to your room.The first room we were given did not have a microwave or fridge and had beds with adjustable controls that were broke but laying on the bed like they worked.I asked for another room and was given a room that looked like it had not been updated since 1970. The carpet had ripples in it, the toliet paper holder was coming off the wall, the mattress for the pullout couch had stains on it. This room had a fridge but no microwave. If you needed to use the microwave you had to go to the lobby, mind you we were on the 4th floor.

Depressing Room
Room 232 was a dump, just a pit. The carpet didn't fit the room - it actually had 2 inch ridges popping up from the floor, the bed hadn't been changed, no hairdryer, no cups in the bathroom, there was one used coffee cup, AND the toilet hadn't been flushed - there was stuff in it. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I should have taken a photo.

DO NOT GIVE THIS OWNER YOUR MONEY!
We knew we were booking a stay on the cheaper side and expected a no-frills hotel--nothing luxury, just the basics. We weren't surprised that the hotel was dated. We *were* disappointed that the towels were scratchy, tiny, and stained; that the bedding was stained; that deep cleaning seemed not to have been done in decades; and that the blowdryer was filthy and barely working. We were especially disappointed when we requested some fresh towels and a clean, working blowdryer from the front desk, were told someone would be right up with them, and then never received them. We could probably have overlooked all this, however, were it not for the experience we had on the 4th night of our 5-night stay. We arrived at 10 p.m. to find a party starting in the lobby. The bass was practically shaking our bed. When I called the front desk, I was told nothing could be done. As I said, we were expecting a no-frills hotel, but we didn't realize that a quiet place to sleep was a luxury we would not be afforded! Desperate to get my crying 2-month-old to sleep, I called the non-emergency number with a noise complaint and the police showed up. They informed me that it was not even a private party that was booked but the hotel owner's party for employees! The police officer was apologetic that he could not do anything and suggested I pursue a refund. The party music continued throbbing until well after 1 a.m. and felt like a huge middle finger to the customers whose money the hotel had accepted.
