Bağ yolu bölgesinde mükemmel bir konuma sahip otel. İlk geldiğimiz andan beri ipek hanım çok yakından ilgilendi. Doğa içerisinde harika bir peyzaja sahip, atlarla çok yakından vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir inziva alanı. Restoranı son derece kaliteli çalışanlar ilgili. Oda çok temizdi sunulan ürünler son derece kaliteliydi. Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğiz.

Çok keyifliydi. Geniş bahçe içinde kendimi Toskana’da hissettim. Akşamüstü tepeden manzara harikaydı. At çiftliğine karşı bahçeli odamda kahvemi içtim. Ruhum dinlendi. Oda, taş duvar, sofa ve şömine bana köy evi sıcaklığı verdi .yatak odası dekorasyonu da ayrıca çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltı yeterli ve çok lezzetliydi.

Hayal kırıklığı

Otelde 3 gece konakladık. Odamız çok çok küçüktü ve buz gibiydi. Eda Hanım bizi bir saat içinde daha büyük bir odaya aldı ancak oda soğukluğu konusu aynıydı hatta daha da kötü oldu çünkü büyük odanın ısınması daha zor oldu. Bunların üstüne sıcak su, duş almak istenmeyecek şekilde ılıktı. Oda sıcaklığı ve sıcak su konusu ancak ikinci gece “bu fiyattaki bir odada” olması gerektiği duruma geldi. Otelde yemek yemeğe karar vererek de çok büyük bir hata yaptık, orası da 3-5 derecelerde olan dış ısıdan pek farklı değildi. Bizimle temasta olan çalışanlar memnuniyetimiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ama bizim görmediğimiz görevliler için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Aynı şekilde, ertesi sabah kahvaltımız da montlarımızla yapıldı. İlk gece biz oteldeki tek müşteriydik ve bunun bedelini ödedik, donduk. Sonraki günler gelen grup sayesinde biraz sıcaktan nasibimizi alabildik. Yani kıssadan hisse, siz siz olun kışın eğer kalabalık bir grup olarak konaklamayacaksanız riske girmeyin zira bizim gibi tek müşteri olursanız masraf edip odayı suyu restoranı ısıtmaya gerek duymuyorlar.

Manej Urla Deneyimi

Odalar temiz. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Kahvaltı muhteşem. Kahvaltı sürecinde içtiğiniz kahveler ücretsiz (bunu artik bircok otel yapmadigi icin cok memnun kaldik). Sular cam sise ve kestane su. Otel merkeze ve marketlere uzak olduğu için sularin bedava olmasi da oldukça mantikli ve güzel bir yaklaşım. Eksik olarak gördüğümüz iki konu vardi biri odalarda atistirmalik(tuzlu) ve su ısıtıcısı, bitki çayı gibi detayların olmamasıydı. İkincisi ise gece eşim fenalaştı ve o anki panikle iletişim numaralarına bakamadan direkt olarak ulaşabileceğimiz kontak kişi aradık fakat kimseyi bulamadik. Hemen arabaya binip Urla Devlet Hastanesine gittik. Konuyu kendilerine de ilettik. Bu eksiği farkında olduklarını ve en kısa zamanda önlem alacaklarını ilettiler. Bu konuda da yaklaşımları oldukça iyiydi. Genel olarak otelde vakit geçirmek oldukça keyifli ve huzur vericiydi. Kesinlikle bu deneyimi herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
