Great stay, will be my go to in PDX
This hotel was great, conveniently located, clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. I came into town to see my son as his baby was in the hospital, and they went above and beyond for some special circumstances I had... laundry, meeting my son to watch March madness amidst a pandemic, etc. Super super good experience.

Feel at home
Very clean and comfortable rooms, very attentive and helpful staff. Great views of the downtown skyline and Moda Center from higher rooms. It's also really nice having microwaves and refrigerators.

Excellent Portland Location
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza because our house lost power in the recent ice storm. It's location was very good. It's close to conveniences, and is near the convention center and arena. The Hotel was recently remodeled and well equipped. The business center was in the process of being renovated, but it looks like it will be an excellent upgrade. Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this as a Portland travel option.

The stay was okay, bathroom was pretty small and it looked as though the floor was not vacuumed completely! Once my account was charged, I was charged an extra 20.98 per day for taxes stated by Jennifer the account manager! I informed her that this has never happened before and she stated that hotels.com should have informed me of this! Not sure if they were trying to make up for the good rate that I was quoted and paid! Due to her rude demeanor over the phone we will not frequent that location again!

under construction, messy, was supposed to get two queen beds on first or second, floor for handicapped daughter, and didn't. got a queen with a pull-out sofa, was supposed to have a bath-tub, and it didn't, the coffee they had sucked! and only got luke warm!will never go back again!
