No hot water. Super hot in the room when we arrived. The lighting was bad. I know a few other people who stayed had no hot water. Pool was freezing.

    1/5 stars

I haven't been to the this radisson in a while and the renovation looks beautiful. Check-in was smooth. Overall I'm very disappointed in my stay. The room looked nice but it was dirty. Lose hair and nail clippings. The beds are too squeaky and hard to sleep on. The air conditioner was so loud it made it very hard to sleep. the phone in the room didn't work to get ahold of the front desk. It was super frustrating that I paid for parking and the doors close at 10:00. I had to run an errand and I made sure that I was back in time so the doors wouldn't be closed. I got back at 9:50 and the doors where locked. I called the front desk and got told sorry they locked the doors early you'll have to come through the front doors. That's absolutely ridiculous good customer service would go above and beyond for a guest to unlock the doors. It was also very unsettling to see a homeless person sleep on the bridge to the parking lot. In the morning around 7:30am the doors where still locked (the sign said 10p-6am) and I called down and lucky the employee came up and unlocked it. My experience was very disappointing and will not being staying at this location again.

    Unrestful

Updates look good at first glance. Room was dirty, floor not swept, kitchenette counter sticky, bobbypins and makeup residue in bathroom, shower doors not clean, no handsoap, etc. Loud lobby, sounds drift up due to open concept. Unsupervised kids playing in hallway at 11pm. Needed to checkout at 6am, no one at counter. Would not recommend.

Nice Stay but Service Needs Improvement

I was very disappointed in the service. I tried to update my travel dates and kept getting an error. When I contacted hotels.com they said it was an error on the hotel’s end so they tried calling the hotel. Nobody answered! Once we got to the hotel we asked where we should park snd the woman behind the desk advised us to park in the parking garage which is paid parking. Once we got to our room we looked out and saw an entire FREE parking lot for guests that she never mentioned to us! The rest of our trip; however, was good. The rooms were nice, clean and there was plenty of space. The lobby/atrium was beautiful. I would stay there again if they improved their service.

When we arrived and checked into the room, the person checking us in was very friendly but then answered the phone and just handed us our room key with no direction of which floor, where to go etc. We walked into the room and it REEKED like BO. It was terrible. I then discovered that there was no TV guide, FAQ book, microwave and only decaf coffee available in the room. The bed was ridiculously hard and super uncomfortable. The next morning i looked on the website (bc there was not any guest book with information) and it says coffee and food available in the lobby. I went down and there wasn’t food but there was coffee and creamer and sugar on the desk in the lobby to bring up to your room to make yourself. So i grabbed a couple and headed back up to the 4th floor. Opened my coffee pot to put the coffee (KCup kind of) in and there was a used one in there. I was so disgusted. I had been there almost 24 hours and i did not use it prior. The lady who checked us out was wonderful and gave me a credit to go towards the room but she was the only pleasant part about my stay.

    Renovations still need some polish.

Must have just been renovated but missed a lot of small marks. Bathroom faucet loose and hot/cold reversed, light out in the bathroom, missing batteries from the remotes and tv signal wasn’t working. When contacting front desk about some the of the issues they were very courteous and remedied the problems right away.

    Disappointed

The hotel had a lot of construction going on. The floor in the room was unswept. No garbage bags in the containers, toilet paper holder was missing, shower head was not working correctly. I couldn’t use the bath tub because the shower option was permanently fixed. The bedding was clean but that mattress was very hard. The sky walk to the hotel from the paid parking garage across the street was closed off. Overall, I really didn’t complain about this stuff because I needed to be close to the venue we were going to. I expected better from a Radisson hotel but have gotten better from a Super 8.

    Gross hotel room

We started our dance weekend off by our room not being cleaned. There was dried up grossness in the toliet, hair & make up in the sink and crumbs all over the counter and floor. There was also a few dead flies here and there. I went down to the front desk and told them that I would like a new room, where I was told that wasn't going to happen. So then, I asked if they could please send someone up. After about 2 hours my daughter and I went back upstairs to find all they did was run the shower to make it look cleaned up. The next day, I asked for extra towels. I was told only 2 per room and I already had my 2. Even though they were dirty and gross. Now lets talk about the train horns in the middle of the night, I understand there is nothing they can do but just an FYI to all who stay here. Also, we have people running up and down the hallways screaming at 3:30am. I would just make sure they clean the room. Luckily I had cleaning wipes with me. I would have thought that durning this time they would of made sure the rooms were super clean.

This hotel just went through a remodel. The tub was pink. Accommodation was supposed to be a king bed room. They gave us "King" Accommodations which meant 2 double beds but it was handicap accessible.
