Bond Place Hotel, Toronto, Canada

Only had the one night at Bond Place Hotel but it was the perfect place for us. A lot of value for the money, perfect location and friendly staff. Very accommodating staff with check-in and check-out. Only thing that could have been better was if WiFi was free.

Wonderful stay at the Bond Place. Wasn't our first and won't be our last.

I arrived from Europe where I had my credit and debit cards stolen. The clerk allowed me to deposit an amount of money as a security deposit. All of the staff there was very friendly.

Very nice room and hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room and king bed for free. Convenient location. Security was beyond expectations. Price was right. Enjoyed our stay.

Booked a room for 3 people stay. The layout of the room meant the single bed provided was totally segregated and was very cold as main heater blew to the main queen bed. Lighting to the single bed was very poor with a tiny desk lamp. Spoke to receptionist to change room but she was very unhelpful and only offered to provide blanket or cancel the remaining nights. WiFi also needed payment for daily use - totally unheard of I this day and age. We spoke to a different receptionist later in the evening and we were offered a different room which was better in layout and warmer but the bulb had blew and again was dark. This was raised to get fixed but no one came to fix it as promised. Overall very disappointing for a 3 night stay.
