Highly recommend to book this hotel ....because: 1. Conveniently located -Hotel in Heart of Rome 2. The Staff were amazing. The were friendly and spoke perfect English. 3. The breakfast buffet is very good, which including fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, as well as fresh pastries and a variety of breads. Special thanks the hotel Manager Pamela, she is super nice and friendly. She is person read and review my comments on Hotel.com, and she make sure all the customers satisfy&happy to stay Hotel Dei Borgognoni. She said she wants everyone had big smiley face when they walk out the hotel. Again, we will definitely book this hotel again on our next trip to Rome. Thanks Pamela, and thanks all the staff at Hotel Dei Borgognoni!

Great location. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. We had a free room upgrade and a free late checkout upgrade. Room was very comfortable and serviced twice a day. Breakfast included was very good. Nothing to dislike.

Lovely hotel and Pamela at reception was so very helpful. Very nice hotel near many attractions. Taxi from train was quick and easy, Pamela arranged for a car to take us to the airport.

Wonderful time in Rome post cruise!
We had the best time in Rome, though a bit rainy at times, but very mild temps. The hotel is easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, the Pantheon and many great restaurants and coffeehouses nearby with shopping everywhere. The staff was so nice and friendly, true professionals, and the included breakfast was so good. Will plan our next stay in Rome with them again!
