    Box office is horrible
Even think went great until we bought tickets at the box office. They weren’t considerent about people that are partially blind. They gave my brother a ticket that was really far from the stage. And he specifically said that he needs a seat close to the stage. And they told him that the handicap is only for wheelchairs and that the one we have is pretty close and it’s in the middle. When we got the show it was really far and it was on the third floor. Why would they give someone that partially blind that seat. When we went to get a refund but the manager said he should of left the show or talk to someone at the show that work there. How can you tell a blind person to leave his family and friends, and leave the show? Where do you expect him to go alone? He was never inform about asking to get a better seat, or were everything was located. They didn’t tell him that before he bought the ticket. The didn’t seem to care that he was BLIND! And the manager told us that we can give him a refund because we are not sure if he stayed to see the show.. he is BLIND, he couldn’t even see anything where he sat. They man that sold him the ticket said it was a good seat and he would be able see. I had to talk to several mangers in order for him to get a refund. I would stay here again but I would never get a show ticket here or watch any shows here

When I checked in they put me in a smoking room when my reservation said otherwise. But they said they will move to a different room the next day. I wouldn’t have mind the room but the hallway is bad. It’s a cloud of smoke and the smoke from the hallways makes it way to the room somehow. It took me awhile the next day to be moved to a nonsmoking room. I was almost happy until my last night stay, between 4-5in the morning, woke up and saw some bed bugs crawling on me. I called the front desk and they asked me to call housekeeping. I mean seriously? Even though they redo the bed there’s no way I will lay in there. And then they suggested to move me again to another room. At 5 something in the morning and check out is at 10. So I filed a report with their security. The manager told me they have to investigate on it. Even though I have some bedbug bites all over my legs, photos and videos of the bedbugs. I requested for a refund. She told me that as soon as their third party confirm a positive test then they can do so. So I waited for a call back. A week later still didn’t get a callback so I called them. She said they didn’t call because they were waiting for the results and they just got the results and it did come out positive. She was kind enough to refund me the resort fees. And told me since I booked on a third party, Expedia, I have to call them and request it with them and they will refund Expedia. I called Expedia and they called Rio. Of course they denied the refund.

They are very unprofessional at the rio suite in Las Vegas they have poor customer service they had us standing in line for 1 hr and 45 min to check in them they let a group of 30-40 people walk up then they begin to check them in when they have a line full of people waiting to be checked in i get out off line to ask to speak to a manager as my sister continued to wait to be serviced it took the manager Stephanie 30 min to come to the front desk then as I’m speaking to her one of the employees at the desk who was checking people in jumps on me and her conversation and instead of her correcting her employee and letting him know that we are customers and he shouldn’t be arguing with me she allowed him to argue with me until i decided to walk off but before that i my friend who was able to use self check in finds a dirty towel that was wet left on his bed and the room wasn’t up to standard and when i told her i wanted the room that it showed me online she said she will be honest they hadn’t renovated in a long time and basically i know how it goes with False advertisement the rooms doesn’t look like that it had a big back tv i didn’t even know they still made those it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Vegas and i will never in life stay at the rio again or any Caesar properties if that’s how they treat there customers

    Good 6.0
Extremely slow check in. Express check in did not work for me, or for many other guests for that matter, and was very unorganized. After waiting for 15 mins for express check in line, had to move to regular line and wait another half an hour because only three registration clerks where working. The daily resort fee is a total bait and switch tactic. It is stated it covers admission for two to the gym, phone calls from the room, and internet. None of these services we requested or used. It's 2017. Everyone has a smart phone. There is no need to have a mandatory charge to use services that are archaic like phone calls and wifi. We have unlimited data, mobile hotspot for our laptop, unlimited mins and text messages, and I already have a gym membership. We didn't even see the gym. These features should be added on if requested or used, not thrown on paying guests who are told one price, then charged additional "resort fees" upon check in. We gambled, ate, drank, and stayed at the hotel. No need to rip us off further. Hotels should abandon this practice, and just list the price as what it is. Not a false, half off "special online price" and then make up the difference once you check in.

    Bait and switch details
I booked a room here through Hotels.com. I was quoted a price of $31 for the room with an additional $34 for the room tax ($65 total). When I arrived around 8:30 pm I was told my rom was not ready at the self check-in kiosk. When I tried again later the kiosk set me up with a suite in the Masquerade tower because the regular room I requested was not available. I asked an attendant if there would be an extra charge, and she said no it was a complimentary upgrade since the room I asked for was not available. When I checked out the next day my bill was for $135+/- which was double my pre-paid and quoted price. Now I'm receiving e-mails from the hotel manager asking to contact them so we can talk. I don't need to talk about it. Check your records and you'll see what I'm saying is true. Then if you feel you really want to make it right, then credit my card the $65. Otherwise you can stand by your bait and switch lie and keep the $65 over charge which will be my last payment to you there. I will of course warn my friends and family of what happened here as well o they too don't get baited to come in and later switched to a higher price. It's your decision as to whether the $65 was worth it. Gary Ogren
