Never will stay here again
We stayed there because we were told they had 24 hour shuttle parking to and from the airport. After arriving back to Philly from our 11:30pm landing, we were told that the shuttles are no longer available after 11 pm. $55 later we had to take a cab. Then there were 3 ppl in front of me and it took the person 15-20 min per check-in so I stood there another 40 minutes. The two guys at the desk were trying to figure out which rooms were cleaned and which were not. And then not even a grab and go breakfast altho they advertised it. I feel we should be reimbursed the $55 cab cost if not the refunding of the room for the extra hassle

Nice people and service. I wish I would have looked at window beforehand. It was open and wouldn't shut at 2AM when I noticed it. Load highway noise and wind blowing in.

Great beds and shower, but not the best stay.
When we arrived at 2:45 the woman at the desk pointed at a sign that said "Check in 3 pm" and in an authoratative tone said "Check in is at THREE. Rooms won't be ready until THREE." Well, OK!! A more gentle tone would have conveyed the same message and made us feel more welcome. There was no offer to store our bags for an hour. We sat in our car and waited. Our room was 91 degrees when we entered (after 3 PM)! Who did that?! We adjusted the thermostat and left. By the time we came back it had cooled down and it was comfortable for the rest of our stay. There were a few crumbs on the floor near the couch which made me wonder about the vacuuming, but it wasn't bad enough to complain. (Anyone can miss a little bit once in a while.) When we climbed into bed and tried to turn on the tv we couldn't get anything but "snow." I tried twice to call the desk for assistance and got no answer, so I got dressed and went downstairs to the desk. I was informed by a helpful young man at the desk (who had also made a good impression on us when we checked in) that I needed to push 7-1 on the remote to get a menu. There needs to be a card in the room that tells guests how to do this. The shower was great. The bed was very comfortable. But the guests next door were so loud we had to call the desk at 1:15 am. Nothing seemed to change, so we put in earplugs and made the best of it.

It was a good decent stay, the heater will make you sweat, but if you’re a medium pillow user, use both pillows for comfort because they are soft.
