Over charged and lack of disclosure
I’m a pearl member, and upon check was asked do I want to up grade to a room with a view for 10 more dollars a night, after receiving my bill I noticed 25 a night was charged. The view was great, but every night helicopters fly by sometimes until midnight.. was not disclosed.

No Impressed
I was NOT impressed by the hotel staff except for MAYBE 2 people. The reception was cold, NO refrigerator, NO microwave (unless you want to pay for a more expensive room), and the rooms were small. We paid for a King overlooking the strip and our windows were so DIRTY we couldn’t take any good pictures of it and it was hazy to look out of. I am NEVER going to stay here again! I have been to many resorts here in Vegas and this is by far the worst!
