While this hotel ticked off a lot of the boxes, I felt that for the price it fell short of expectations. I really didn’t want to pay extra to have a bidet with a heated seat. It was very inconvenient that several of the elevators were out of service. The cuisine was limited as far as choices. It was advertised that there were separate pools for Adults and children. However it was not made clear that they were all in one area so you would still hear children running around even if you were in the adult pool.

Great services from front desk, parking, to room services. Everyone works there are very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the ocean harbor view and was able to see pretty sunset from our room. Room is very nice and clean. Definitely recommend to stay here.
