Replace the L with an S
They should change the L in Luxe to an S. The hotel seemed nice at first, then it became apparent the lobby was a facade for a dated, poorly maintained barracks. The chair in our room was stained, the screen door was tattered, and the plumbing didn’t work properly. We were presented with enough paperwork at check-in to buy the place, not merely rent a room for the night. But, conveniently for the management, the staff neglected to give us the pet waiver until the next day, after our stay. It was a whopping $250. The clerk had told us $22.50 over the phone. We were also surprisingly charged a $30 for a “resort fee” that included a charge for one of those cheap little coffee dispensers provided for free in the cheapest of motels. This place is a front for collecting fees and tips. Steer clear.

In need of a renovation
First suite they gave us had no furniture, bare floors. Second was fine, but the faucets in the bathroom had low water pressure and were quite loose. No room service menus to be found. Beds were tiny. The room was not cleaned during our stay. Won't be returning.

Executive Suite was NOTHING like the pictures hotels.come advertised!! No couches (2 chairs), no table, and there was NO lights or lamps in half of the room. We had to keep moving the lamp from the other side of the room to be able to change after dark. I called hotels.com and after 15 minutes the rep hang up or we got disconnected and he never called back. I called the hotel and asked for a manager and never got a call back. VERY Disappointed!!! Want my money back!!
