It is the most amazing resort. Traditional Balinese meets super service, comfort, and amenities … including pool attendants who clean your spectacles. The team at Oberoi is amazing. From day 1 they greet you by your name, know how you take your coffee in the morning, and your favourite aperitif in the evening.

Service is second to none. Food is outstanding. It’s a great secluded feeling of peace. Away from the craziness of the rest of Bali. I would however advise travelers to not go to Bali if they seek turquoise waters with white sand .

Great hotel but needs some updating
We love staying at the Oberoi Bali. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and clean. There are a couple of issues that need addressing though. The paths need to be updated as you have to move around this beautiful resort without cover and the paths have no drainage and so they turn into lakes. Not very pleasant when you are going out and your shoes get saturated. Need to stop smoking being allowed in the bar and restaurant and if not, then definitely not in the front where the smoke blows through the rest of the place. It is disgusting and in this day and age it is totally unacceptable. Second hand smoke is more dangerous for people than drawing it through a filter.
